It is with deep regret that Tregaron Angling Association/Cymdeithas Pysgota Tregaron record the sad passing of our long serving Secretary Cheryl Bulman. 

Cheryl leaves a legacy of dedication and perseverance that will be sorely missed both by the club, the wider Welsh Angling community and across the local community of Tregaron. 

She was a relentless doer - an organiser  and selfless enthusiastic supporter of many groups and organisations. In her work with the club amongst countless other tasks she managed the annual dinners and social events. She brought about the International Youth River Festivals. She raised funds via the Balloon Races in Ffair Garon. Most of all she was for many years the point of contact to the outside world as Membership Secretary. 

They say you don’t know what you have got until its gone. Never has that been truer than with Cheryl. She is literally irreplaceable. 

Angling faces an uncertain future in the face of repressive regulation and the constant urbanisation of society but as we look back in future and ask what we could have done differently Cheryl’s name will stand out as having given her all to support the club, the sport and the community. 

Our local community misses her greatly and we join them in offering our sincere condolences to our past Chairman Gareth and all her family in their tragic and sudden loss.
